PP Detox Guide Customer
Wow I have only scanned the prep portion of this guide and it already addresses topics I have questions about but cannot and have not found answers to (I.E. short luteal phase/low progesterone and keeping pregnancies after a positive test). Super grateful for this guide and to start my detox.

No matter if this is your first season of trying or your 5th,
It's time for you to feel nourished & confident as you walk into this beautiful season of growing life.
Why do a pregnancy prep detox before trying?
-01-
Nutrient Loading
Pregnancy and nursing days are the MOST NUTRIENT EXPENSIVE seasons of your life, you'll never come out of them with more nutrients than you had going in. And that egg we get pregnant? It's HIGHLY sensitive to our nutrient status the 3-8 months before as it matures..
-02-
Reduce Toxins
Unfortunately there are also a LOT of toxins we're exposed to everyday. Research is showing over 200 toxins in baby's cord blood before they've even lived in this world - meaning they are being affected by what we're exposed to
-03-
More Smooth Pregnancy
Suboptimal nutrient status and toxin/liver overwhelm can lead to more severe nausea in pregnancy, pregnancy complications, or a harder postpartum recovery.
This 60 day plan to help you detox toxins, nutrient load your body, and be in the best place possible before trying to conceive
A Note From Sarah Grace...
When I first started to think about trying to grow our family, I felt lost. Even as a registered dietitian, you're not really taught much about pregnancy prep outside of "take a prenatal". So I just listened to those "knowing more than me" in the office and just took the prenatal. It wasn't until trying for our second baby that I realized there was SO much more us women could (and should) be doing first. Which is why I created this pregnancy prep guide.
And when it came to my very first positive test? I was overwhelmed with joy. But quickly that turned into a roller coaster of other emotions -- from fear and anxiety, to just confusion of conflicting google advice. It was also really lonely at first as a more natural minded mama, doing things a little differently than the "outdated textbooks" that guide most office visits. Combine that with my unrelentless symptoms, and I went from excited to just "get me through this all" real fast.
Thankfully I found an amazing midwife that spent 1-2 hours empowering me, and a local mama community of friends for all my burning TMI questions. That's when I realized there is POWER in the duo of education to feel empowered, and community to never feel alone. After I went on to experience such an incredible 2nd pregnancy because of already having those 2 things underneath me, I knew I wanted to create a space to provide just that to like minded expecting mamas all around the world -- Mama Society was born.
Nowadays, I'm chasing my 2 little ones around while pouring my heart and soul into Mama Society, my other baby.
My goal? To help every expecting & new mama to feel empowered and never alone in this magical new season of motherhood.
